## Method
v1 anchors by sending a normal transaction with calldata set to 32-byte root.

- to: 0x000...000 (null) by default
- value: 0
- data: 0x + root_hex (padded/truncated to 32 bytes)

## Security
- Prefer a dedicated small hot key funded only for anchoring.
- For mainnet, consider hardware wallet signing in a later version.
